Australia Wide Delivery Schedule

STANDARD DELIVERY: 
  • Delivery within Victoria: 3-7 business days 
  • Delivery from Melbourne to interstate: 4 - 14 business days
Please note:
  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking details.
  • Delivery can only occur Monday-Friday during business hours
  • Delivery schedule is a guideline only and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the item has been dispatched.

INCORRECT ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

  • When placing an order, please review your personal information (i.e. shipping address, phone number, email) carefully to avoid any issues or delays getting your order. Thank you!
  • After finalising the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us via support@Melliskids.com.au within 12 hours. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. At this point, you may contact Australia Post to re-direct your parcel.Â
