Melli's Kids advise our customers to carefully read the return and refund policies, if you encounter any problems, we encourage you to send support requests via email, avoiding unnecessary disputes and complaints.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we are happy to exchange or refund items that you are not 100% satisfied with or that you have received in a damaged or faulty condition within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the guidelines for returns and refunds:

• If your product is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact Melli's Kids as soon as possible for a free return and refund. 
• If you change your mind about the purchased product, you are welcome to return the product for a store credit or exchange it for another product within 30 days from date of purchase. Please note that shipping back to Melli's Kids will be at the customers' expense for change of mind. 
• All returned products must be unused, unassembled and in their original condition (including all original product packaging). If the packaging is damaged, you may only be offered a partial refund. Proof of purchase will be required.
• No returns, refunds or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
• Any unsuccessful deliveries due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund.
• Any free gifts with purchase must be returned with original purchase or customer will accept liability for the cost of unreturned item(s).
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable

Any Store Credit issued are valid for 06 months from date of issue. After such time will be null & void. 

Any return or exchange must be first advised via email to: support@melliskids.com.au.

 Please be sure to quote your Melli's Kids Order Confirmation Number and contact details in all correspondence.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once above conditions are met.
